The Supplier Code of Conduct questionnaire was sent to 15 material suppliers in September 2023, with a specific focus on assessing compliance with modern slavery requirements. Supplier segmentation was reviewed in December, with additional suppliers being considered high risk. Eight newly identified material suppliers have been engaged in recent contracting activity and were assessed for Supplier Code of Conduct compliance as part of the procurement evaluation process. The remaining suppliers will be assessed in FY25.

A 'material supplier partner' is defined as a supplier who is assessed as posing a very high or extreme risk to AGL according to AGL's Fully Integrated Risk Management (FIRM) matrix.

Recent contracting activity' refers to AGL supplier agreements in force with an effective date period between 1 July 2023 - 30 June 2024.
