Online sales volumes
Total Digital Sales transactions grew by 61% during FY24. This change was driven initially by increased proportion of customers responding to price change events digitally in Q1. Digital capability improvements with competitive customer propositions and targeted campaigns saw Digital acquisition continue to lift in Q4.
Metric includes Website and Webchat volume, for residential and small business energy customers. Online sales volumes include new acquisitions as well as retentions (inclusive of movers and product swaps). |
