The total completed training hours in FY24 has reduced from FY23 due to a reduction in contact centre training hours.

Leadership training has tripled, reflecting an increased investment in in-house facilitated programs, delivery of self-paced programs such as Women Rising and Male Allies, and senior leader Cultural Capability Training. Compliance training completion rate has increased following the implementation of new on-line modules that create a more engaging user experience.
