Employee volunteering
In FY24, volunteering hours increased by 22% compared to FY23. While number of employees participating in volunteering increased from 610 to 691, the participation rate remained steady due to a higher number of total headcount in FY24 compared to FY23.

From FY21, data includes Defence Force and Emergency Services volunteering leave, reflecting AGL’s policy of providing paid leave for these volunteering activities. |
