Health and safety performance - combined employees and contractors
Our FY24 TIFR increased over the year from 2.8 to 3.5. The majority (93%) of reported injuries continue to be assessed as low to moderate potential risk incidents, with two key trends observed in FY24 relating to manual handling causing lacerations and muscular stress/body strains.

The safety performance of contractors and employees of Southern Phone Company and Perth Energy (both acquired during FY20) and Click Energy, Solgen and Epho (acquired during FY21) is included from FY21. |
The number of hours worked in FY24 used as a basis for calculating TIFR, LTIFR and OIFR was 12,941,929.37 hours. |
